We acknowledge that unforeseen events may prevent you from making it to your scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your dental visit.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible. Our friendly staff will assist you in finding a suitable alternative time that fits your schedule. By notifying us well in advance, you allow us to accommodate other patients.

Cancellation of Appointments

Should you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we understand. Life happens, and circumstances change. However, we kindly request that you inform us no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care.

No-show Policy

While we do our best to accommodate all our patients' needs, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in difficulties in providing consistent and quality dental care to other patients. To ensure fair treatment for all, we have implemented a no-show policy:

  • First No-Show: We will contact you to discuss the situation and reschedule your appointment.
  • Second No-Show: A fee may be imposed, and you will be notified about the consequences of repeated no-shows.
  • Third No-Show: Further failure to arrive for scheduled appointments may result in the removal of our practice from your provider network.
